Tullis Russell Appoints New Agency In Verona Tullis Russell Papermakers has appointed a new agency to handle its growing business in the Italian market. Studio Colletti based in Verona, takes over from Forest Alliance who have successfully managed the Scottish based mill’s sales of graphical products for several years.
Run by Dr Ing Giacomo Colletti and Anna Veronese, who between them have nearly 45 years experience working in the paper industry, Studio Colletti has sole responsibility for sales of Tullis Russell’s full portfolio of products, including popular brands Trucard and Mellotex, and will be active in the development of new business.
Malcolm Sinclair, Export Sales Director for Tullis Russell Papermakers, explained: “We are extremely confident that with the experience Dr Giacomo Colletti and his team have, we can continue to build our position yet further within the Italian market.”

Trucard is fully coated SBS board range, available in one and two side “Duo” coated, which provides both designers and printers with the best solution for producing high quality results over a wide range of packaging and graphical applications, such as confectionery boxes, greetings cards, folders and book covers.
Tullis Russell recently extended its Trucard range with the introduction of new Trucard Duo Matt. Trucard Duo Matt has outstanding levels of whiteness and brightness, together with two identical smooth matt surfaces that reproduce the most demanding designs, accurately and consistently.
Trucard Duo Matt is ideal for embossing, film and foil laminating, die cutting, varnishing, folding, scoring and cutting and is suited to the gravure, offset litho, letterpress and screen printing processes.
Trucard is a solid bleached sulphate board made from elemental chlorine free pulps, the one side coated range is available in grammages between 180 gsm and 400 gsm and the Duo range is available between 180 gsm and 500 gsm. In addition, a linen embossed version, in 240 gsm, is available in size 72 cm x 102 cm. Trucard Duo Matt is available in a wide range of board sizes and grammages between 200 gsm and 400 gsm.
