Trucard 'POP'ular In Canadian Market
The unusual mailer, which when opened ‘pops’ into a small box, clearly demonstrates the outstanding rigidity of Trucard and the demanding end uses possible, where looks, quality and performance count.
Made from Trucard Gloss 350 gsm, the mailer is themed around famous Scottish inventions and provides useful product information including stock range and a chart which converts European grammages into traditional American paper measurements. Over 4,500 distinctive mailers have been produced which have been distributed to designers and print and paper specifiers in Canada.
The mailer was created by 3rd Dimension, part of MPS near London, England and was designed by Portland Design in Glasgow, Scotland. Bill Imary, Director at Portland Design, explained: “Because the mailer is aimed at designers, it had to be creative and memorable. The 3D box met all the criteria of the brief and we are all extremely pleased with the finished product.”

Trucard is a solid bleached sulphate board made from elemental chlorine free pulps, the Gloss one side coated range is available in weights between 8.5pt – 12.8pt and the two side coated Duo Gloss range is available between 7.5pt – 11.8pt.
