New Xpress Deliver Service from Tullis Russell
Tullis Russell has launched a new express delivery service for its leading brand Trucard. The Trucard Xpress service will offer a delivery within five working days for volumes between two and ten tonnes. The Service will focus on bespoke sheet sizes between a minimum of 300 x 560 mm or 320 x 415 mm and a maximum of 1440 x 2000 mm.
The service is being run from a base in Holland where reel stock will be stored ready for cutting, wrapping and onward delivery. Initially the Trucard Xpress operation will service the Dutch, Belgian German, Austrian, Swiss and French markets although Tullis Russell intend to expand the service to other European markets later in 2005/2006.
Gregor Milne of Tullis Russell commented: ”Due to its performance and versatility, Trucard has built a loyal following across Europe. The Xpress Service will give us a real advantage over our competitors for the supply of bespoke items at short notice.”
