New Gemini - Now available in matt and gloss finishes

In its latest drive to increase choice and flexibility for board users and specifiers, Tullis Russell has extended its leading coated SBS board range, New Gemini, with the addition of matt coated options.

The new one and two side coated matt versions complement the existing gloss coated finishes and, like the existing New Gemini range, are FSC certified.

Eco-friendly New Gemini has been specifically designed to serve a wide range of print and conversion processes, whilst providing printers with greater choice and flexibility for a range of applications including packaging, folders and greetings cards. The range is also available, on an indent basis, with a choice of textile, leather and abstract designs embossed on to the coated surface, ideal for card and cover applications.

The twin-wire base construction and double coated surface deliver outstanding bulk and stiffness whilst the exceptional levels of whiteness and brightness, on both the matt coated and uncoated sides, give the printer the opportunity to reproduce even the most demanding print graphics and complex physical designs accurately and consistently.

The New Gemini range is fully FSC certified, recyclable and made from 100% Elemental Chlorine Free (ECF) wood pulps, obtained from sustainably managed forests. Users seeking a recycled option can opt for New Gemini Recycled, which is both FSC certified and contains 50% post consumer waste.
