NATURALIS STARS IN EDINBURGH FILM FESTIVAL SEQUEL
The 57th Edinburgh Film Festival promotional campaign has for the second year running been produced using Naturalis from Tullis Russell Papermakers.
Zoe Dawson, of 999 Design, the Film Festival’s promotional designers said, “We used Naturalis last year for the Film Festival literature and it was the obvious choice for us this time round. The paper must reflect and enhance the qualities and expectations of the brief. With its smooth and soft texture, Naturalis has captured the true essence of this year’s festival”.
Printed by Inglis Allen Print in Kirkcaldy, Naturalis Smooth Arctic White 330g/m², was chosen for its tactile qualities, which appeal to the creativity of the designer as well as the strong visual demands of the client.
Steven Duncan, of Inglis Allen Print added, “Due to the quantity of promotional literature we were required to produce, it was essential that the choice of paper would withstand the printing processes of the design brief. When combining black/ white and colour images, the print reproduction result has to do them justice. As a visual medium, the Film Festival demands the perfect substrate for presenting the quality and character of the programme.
“Naturalis, with its first class print lift, minimal dot gain and superior opacity, was the clear choice for the job producing top quality results every time”.
Naturalis, available through exclusive UK distributors Premier Paper, comes in a choice of three modern shades – Arctic White, Soft White and Vanilla and in two distinctive finishes, Smooth and Matt. A fully co-ordinated range of text and board weights from 120 g/m² to 330g/m² is available.
